a. Open Auction / Closed Auction

1. See Unit
Please see the units to be auctioned. Units can be viewed at the Open House location during working hours. Unit data can be seen in the lot list provided in the Ibid pool.

2. Interested
If you are interested in auction, please deposit the guarantee to BCA at no account on behalf of PT Auction Center Serasi.
- Rp 5 million for NPL unit (1 NPL can win 1 car)
- Rp.1 million for NPL unit (1 NPL can win 1 motor)

3. Registration
Registration is done at the auction location by bringing:
- Proof of guarantee deposit to the Bank
- Copy of ID card / ID card is still valid

4. Auction
Auction is done with open or closed bidding. The auction procedure as well as the way bidding will be explained before the auction begins.
Open Offer: Offer can be done by picking up your NPL.
Closed Offer: Offer can be done by filling out the offer form provided by the committee. Include NPL number and offer number on your offer form

5. Win / Not Win
Repay the unit you won via Bank on the same account number as at the time of the guarantee deposit. Vehicles can be handed over after the repayment is done by the winner.
If you have not won in one unit, do not be sad, do bidding on other units. If until the auction is complete you do not win a unit, then the deposit will be returned via bank transfer to the account number listed at registration without any deductions.

1. Open the Web site

2. Registration

    Please click the LOGIN button.
    Fill in the data in the registration form.
    Please wait for email confirmation that your account is active.
    Once your account is active, please complete your existing My Profle Tab data.

3. Purchase of NPL

    If you are interested in auction, you must have an NPL
    Purchase NPL can be done with Click Tab My Profile Then select menu NPL
    Select the Category you want and also the number of NPLs you want to buy
    After making NPL purchase, please deposit the guarantee to BCA at no account on behalf of PT Balai Lelang Serasi.
    - Rp 5 million for NPL unit (1 NPL can win 1 car).
    After making payment, you are required to confirm in Menu My profile and select NPL and select Confirmation
    After making payment confirmation, please wait for email notification that your NPL has been active

4. Make a Bid

    You can bid directly from the Home menu and select the items you wish to bargain and Click TAWAR.
    After the click you will go to the menu item and Click Bid, but if you want to bid higher than the price listed, you can edit the price and click BID
    You can also choose 'Automatic Bidding'. In this feature you can enter your maximum bid amount so you do not have to bid continuously.
    Closed Offer: Offer can be done by filling out the offer form provided by the committee. Include NPL number and offer number on your offer form.

5. If LOST Auction

    If the OFFER OF AUCTION OBJECT is FALSE, the NPL may be transferred to bid on another unit

6. Win / Not Win
